Unity, Heritage, and Identity Reflected Through Student Art

The students of Royal American School painted a beautiful mural composed of many small canvases that form the image of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan when combined. Their collaboration actively demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork using their artistic skills. Each student painted one canvas individually, and together they created a single artwork that symbolizes how many traditions and voices unite to form national identity. Led by Art teacher Miss Wardah, the mural is now displayed in the Louvre Museum as part of Abu Dhabi’s “National Art Expressions” programme. It is also being sold, with all proceeds going to support kidney-dialysis patients through MA’AN’s “Your Help, Their Hope” initiative. Each participating student will receive a certificate for their contribution. Overall, the artwork radiates unity, heritage, and a shared sense of belonging in a beautiful and clear light. This project displays how individual efforts can come together to create something meaningful for their community.
